Autumn Update: Women's Health & ESEA Heritage Month

We have been winding down and wrapping up productions over the summer. Now as the leaves are turning and the back-to-school vibes are in the air, we are eagerly anticipating what the new season will bring.

Featured Project

AMAZE - Menopause Explainer

We are advocates for open and shame-free discussion of women's health issues. So we were really pleased this summer when Professor Dame Lesley Regan was appointed as England's first Women’s Health Ambassador. She will focus on raising the profile of women’s health, champion and break down stigmas on conditions such as the menopause, endometriosis and PCOS, and mental health and wellbeing.

Last year AMAZE.org commissioned us to make a film aimed at teenagers about the menopause. This project allowed us to contribute to an important worldwide dialogue - bringing women's health issues into the public eye. Creating a film that can empower young people with knowledge and empathy towards the menopausal experience has been really rewarding.

Work in Progress

Neurodiversity

Our latest NHS animation project is aimed at teenagers who are waiting for a neurodiversity assessment. Working alongside the NHS team and neurodiverse teens we’ve written three scripts offering help and advice for young people. The films are currently in production and due for release on the Health for Teens website by the end of the year.
