LINK is a UK-based ATM network that connects major banks and building societies to ensure people can access cash.

Cite, based in Leicester, is a B2B creative agency specialising in providing strategic brand, marketing, and digital solutions to their clients.

BRIEF

Cite asked us to create artwork for educational materials for LINK’s ‘Access To Cash’ programme, supporting communities in maintaining cash access by conducting assessments and helping to establish banking hubs and cashback services.

We were asked to produce a full set of illustrated infographic assets, designed for use in both a PDF and as part of the LINK website. Along with a series of 30 second animations, bringing the characters to life, for use on social media.

RESULTS

We delivered a suite of engaging materials for LINK to use as part of a campaign to connect rural communities with cash. We made essential information about the process into easy-to-understand visuals. Our work was part of a wider campaign by Cite with the artwork designed to fit their style guidelines.

Our illustrated infographic, for ‘Assessing a Community’s Needs’ broke down the process LINK goes through when looking to install services in new areas that may need further access to cash.

Bringing these assets to life, we created three animations, ‘Charges for Cash’, ‘Safety & Security’, and ‘Access to Cash’ featuring our bold character designs and playful animation. The short animations, for use on social media, reached millions of people across the country.
